linkedin recruiter

Identified bottlenecks in manual headcount recruitment processes and built a RPA solution that reduced task completion time from 4 hours down to 2 minutes. Delivered during my time at BIPO Service.

the problem

The recruiting team at BIPO was running their entire LinkedIn Recruiter workflow by hand — logging in, setting search filters, clicking through candidate profiles, copying details into a tracking sheet, and sending outreach one by one. With multiple open roles and hundreds of candidates to process, a single sourcing run was eating up to 4 hours of someone's day.

the solution

I mapped the end-to-end workflow, identified every repetitive step, and built an RPA bot that automated the full cycle: login, candidate search by role and filter criteria, profile extraction, pipeline logging, and personalised outreach. The recruiter triggers it and walks away.

outcome

Task completion time dropped from 4 hours to 2 minutes. The team could run sourcing cycles far more frequently — without anyone touching LinkedIn Recruiter themselves. Time previously spent on data entry went back to actual recruiting work.
